Charsl is a family-run Ceylon tea brand devoted to one place — the tea gardens of Deraniyagala — and one belief: that great tea should taste of where it grew.
Our story
Charsl began with a simple love of a good cup and a corner of the Sri Lankan hill country that makes it possible. Rather than blend leaf from across the island, we chose to stay true to one region — Deraniyagala — where rich soil, warm days and generous rain give Ceylon tea its bold, full character.
We work closely with growers, pluck for quality over volume, and pack in small, fresh batches. The result is honest, single-origin tea you can trace back to the hill it came from.
